What’s really holding you back?

We've talked about what you need to say no to in your schedule in order to say yes to your greater vision.
But is it possible that what’s holding you back isn’t your calendar at all…but your mindset?
You may be curious how I know this.
When I look back at the seasons where I felt stuck, the roadblock wasn’t time, resources, or opportunity. It was the thoughts I kept in an endless loop. And after coaching hundreds of high-performing women, I’ve seen it again and again–so often it’s mindset that’s getting in the way.
Here’s the challenge: research shows the average person has 60,000 thoughts per day, and over 80% of them are negative or repetitive. (Wow!) If you don’t decide what gets space in your mind, old patterns will decide for you.
Think about it. How much progress have you lost by:

Delaying action until “the right time”?

Talking yourself out of an opportunity?

Saying yes to what drains you instead of what drives you?
Fast forward six months. Do you really want to be in the exact same place, knowing it wasn’t time that held you back, it was what you allowed to keep running in the background?
Here’s the good news: you can change it. And it doesn’t require a massive overhaul, simply intentional choices.

Your Reset Challenge
Identify one mindset or habit you’re ready to release this month. Write it down. Replace it with a daily thought or action that supports where you’re going.
Is it possible that the version of you who’s living your vision isn’t doing anything dramatically different, just choosing better, more often?
